Tired activist but still in the game. Old enough to know better but young enough to learn. We fight on because giving up is not an option. But man, that arc of the moral universe sure bends slowly.
So the democrats have time to pass a resolution condemning socialism but not to pass a resolution condemning Trump calling for the execution of democratic lawmakers. Hakeem Jeffries is not a leader and those who follow him have no place representing democratic ideals.

In 2016 Trump called Megan Kelly a nasty woman. For once, everyone can agree with Trump.

Trump promises a new healthcare plan. This is right out of Seinfeld. Trump knows how to promise a new healthcare plan, he just doesn’t know how to deliver a new healthcare plan. And delivering the plan is the important part.
November 11, 2025 at 3:49 PM
If republicans actually cared about Americans receiving healthcare, why haven’t they been working on an affordable plan for the last 10 years? And when this issue is raised with republicans, why are they not continually asked this question?

First rule of running for senate as a Democrat: you must pledge never to vote for Schumer for a leadership position.
November 10, 2025 at 7:16 PM
Until Schumer steps down as senate minority leader NO SENATOR will get a dime in contributions from me. This is on the senators now. Remove Chuck Schumer or see your money disappear.

I can’t even watch Last Week Tonight now because Oliver will be all excited about Tuesday’s blue tsunami and the Dems already fucked it up
November 10, 2025 at 4:43 AM
Young people turned out in record numbers last Tuesday and Dems won all over the country. And not a week later, Dems are caving on the shutdown and getting nothing in return. Now you know why young folks stay home and don’t vote. Why bother when no one in Washington listens to them.
November 10, 2025 at 3:50 AM
Tim Kaine, did you see what just happened in Virginia week? And you are going to cave on the shutdown? You pathetic old fool. Time for you to go.
November 10, 2025 at 1:59 AM
Caving in the senate shutdown is on Schumer, whether he votes for this or not. If he can’t whip his caucus to hold the line then he is as weak a leader as we always have known him to be. Step the fuck down old man and let a real leader take your place.
November 10, 2025 at 1:57 AM
I wish our democratic senators would fight as hard as “we the people” to save democracy. Caving on the shutdown and getting nothing for it is reprehensible. Vote every one of these caving bastards out. They care nothing about the people so why in the hell should we care about them?

If you understand polling, the Sherrill win in NJ should be no surprise. Republicans commission skewed polls for their candidates and these get averaged in with unbiased polls making races look much closer than they are. All polls are not equal. Pollsters know this and should adjust accordingly.

The subway sandwich guy who threw his lunch at the border patrol agent is a hero, 6 inch or foot long. And the good news, he was acquitted.

Mamdani put together his transition team and they are all women! Just when I thought I couldn’t be a bigger fan of the mayor elect he goes and does something like this.
November 5, 2025 at 11:34 PM
Please democrats, pay attention to what just happened tonight and DO NOT CAVE on the shutdown. Democratic voters are fighting back. Do not let us down. Fight back and stay strong. We will have your backs.
November 5, 2025 at 4:11 AM
Mamdani for the win. May we never have to hear the sound of Andrew Cuomo’s voice again.
Tonight democracy won and we learned that billionaires can’t buy elections.
November 5, 2025 at 2:39 AM
Jay Jones has won the Virginia Attorney General’s race because republicans taught us that when there is a problem with your candidate you just say fuck it and forge ahead. Finally, democrats are learning how to play the political game.
November 5, 2025 at 2:05 AM
I’m a big Abigail Spanberger fan, even though I’m a progressive, but her bashing Mamdani today has really made me question my support. She could have said, in reference to Mamdani, that the democratic party is big enough to hold many views. Instead she threw him under bus. Shameful and disappointing
November 4, 2025 at 8:28 PM
Keep reading that Rahm Emanuel is thinking of running for president. Is he going to ask Cuomo to be his running mate? Here’s what we don’t need, people that have been around forever with old ideas. Time to step aside for the next generation.
October 30, 2025 at 8:59 PM
So Cuomo, in the waning days of a failed mayoral campaign, impugns Mamdani with racist, anti Muslim rhetoric. Just when you think you cannot dislike Cuomo more than you already do he proves you wrong. The man is a disgrace and so is every Democrat who supports him.

Peaceful America loving protestors as far as the eye can see. Whose flag? OUR FLAG!

John Bolton has been indicted. This is clearly wrong and un-American but I gotta be honest, he’ll get no tears from me. Knowing full well who Trump was, Bolton couldn’t bring himself to vote for the black lady so he wrote in Dick Cheney. Kinda brought this on himself, don’t you think?
October 16, 2025 at 9:10 PM
Billionaires are spending big to defeat Mamdani in NYC because he wants to raise their taxes 2%. So they spend big to defeat him so they don’t have to pay taxes that will help provide free buses and childcare. Vote Mamdani so the good guys win this fight

Am I the only one thinking that President Pritzker has a nice ring to it?
October 10, 2025 at 1:41 PM
Has anyone thought of unplugging the United States and plugging it back in again. We need a serious reboot.
