Today I begin my research fellowship @Denkraum Ukraine, @uniregensburg.bsky.social. I hope to uncover archival materials of Post-WWII cultural world of East European DPs - traces of the past that have been reframed or obscured, like a large window turned into a smaller one in city’s old quarters.

To wrap up July, how inspiring it was to give a guest lecture at the Ukrainian Summer School 2025 at the University of Warwick.I’m grateful to Prof. Christoph Mick for being the driving force behind this initiative.All the students came to my lecture in Ukrainian vyshyvankas 🤗
