Changing nothing one rant at a time.
Terminally short sighted. Done right these are 1 off costs and I believe as this issue is better understood will start to affect the rental and resale value of the properties that have been correctly upgraded. What’s needed is explanation of best practice and case studies. Not fear mongering.

Is sustainable. Almost uniquely there are large parts of the landlord industry that want to take the monthly rent payments and the equity increase in the property and extract it as pure profit very little thought is put into investing back into the asset. In any other sector this would be viewed as

He focuses on the actions needed in the very worst cases. In our experience there will be some expensive works required and it is challenging, but we are improving the functionality of our stock in the longterm. Other industries understand the need to invest in their assets to ensure the business

Completely agree with your assessment of the video he criticises others click bait while busily baiting his own click. I work for a social housing charity managing our reactive repairs team and have been part of setting our policies and procedures. The law is in no way as onerous as he portrays…

What’s the premise here? Is it if we get some sex we’ll be less fascist, or is you’ll be so won over by how good a lay we are that fascism is worth the price?

“We have a hugely deficit with copper, copper is robbing America greatly. Copper will negotiate a fair deal. No more copper from copper only copper from US. Thank you for your attention in this”

Depends where you are commuting from and to.

Not overlooked, our current media landscape lauds the Tories for having 1 minister who was at private school on a scholarship and derides Labour for having 1 minister who’s ever earned more than the minimum wage.

I became uncommonly familiar with this question when I had to fight for 4 years to be allowed to claim 4” of the footpath our deeds say I own to be able to insulate and clad our property. Ended up having to write a polite letter to Grant Shapps requesting his agreement. Still rankles that one.

Not unusual for a property to own part of the highway. Our deeds, for example, show us owning to the center of our road. This gives us no rights over that land, it’s been adopted by the highways and is a footpath and road in all respects. So I have no extra right to abandon my car there.

His life to ensuring that just enough magic was released at regular intervals to maintain the delicate equilibrium. John will you be our new hero? Earth and the Disk need a new storyteller, to stop all our stories coming to an end with no cliffhanger just a sticky puddle on the rocks.

Is a warning. The magic is piling up and will become denser and denser the event horizon of the octarine hole is spreading, snippets of tales are no longer enough to release the pressure. The only hope is longer more regular stories. Terry understood this and was our hero and saviour who committed…

Already past the foothills of the Ramtops. Magic like gravity does strange things to the fabric of the universe when there’s too much. The magic gathers round the strongest narratives and forms an octarine hole, pushing snippets through to our dimension. We read with joy not understanding that…

I love that you do these & wish you did more. However they do worry me, they take me to a stilled Disk where the turtle doesn’t move. Then I know the magic still flows, building up, filling the vast planes of Sto. Then I see these tales of yours are an omen. The pressure of magic is building….

The huge error they’re making is they view political capital as something that you use and gain only through what you do. Not understanding it can vaporise all by itself over things you chose not to do. This is an issue that your supporters don’t know what you’re for if you’re not for this.

But we’re all watching him, and our hearts are breaking. We voted for and supported Labour to get an alternative to this.

What ever Labour comms do, seems to help make the point doesn’t it?

C4News, "The Prime Minister Keir Starmer, unusually, chose to take only one broadcaster, GB News"

What word would you use to describe a PM who only takes GB News on a trip to another country?

Especially when their only idea to keep Reform out of power is to enact the Reform manifesto.

If they keep up their belief that people voted for them to get Reform’s manifesto. I as a Labour member can see the annihilation of both the historical main parties at the next election. The really sad thing is, as things stand I think they’ll both fully deserve it.
