I’ll admit that country music isn’t usually my thing. But when Terri Clark and Paul Brandt brought their tour to St. John’s, we couldn’t resist getting tickets. I’m so glad we did. They were funny, genuine, and absolutely inspiring.

It accepts literally any name, email, and phone number with no verification at all. I considered suggesting people flood it with junk entries, but let’s be real: he’ll just use whatever gets submitted to inflate his “supporter” numbers anyway.

Below that, we get a two-for-one deal: a tweet from Sean saying “Uh oh Canada 😳🇨🇦,” as if Canada just burned the Bible on national TV, followed by a tweet from Marco Rubio, who’s now moonlighting as Secretary of the State Department of Hurt Feelings. Rubio claims Americans are being fined, harassed, and charged by “foreign authorities” (gasp!) for expressing their “free speech rights” abroad—as if other countries are bound by the U.S. Constitution. Rubio then announces new visa restrictions for people who gasp again don’t let Americans do whatever they want in other people’s countries.
