I've been defending the new #Eurovision font, but the more I look at it, the more my brain melts.

Why are some words randomly capitalized at the start? Why are the "L"s in "really" and "metal" stylized differently? And the "i" in "into" has lost its dot? Why is there no line-spacing?

Dear Lord.

On the subject of #Eurovision and graphic design, I feel this is a good time as any to appreciate the efforts of the Portuguese broadcaster, RTP, into the looks of #FestivalDaCanção since 2017.

As far as I know, Salvador Sobral never broke his trophy, so clearly the right and proper way to grab the #Eurovision trophy is his way.

I feel this alone should warrant retracting the Portuguese jury's 12 points to Australia back in #Eurovision 2023. How dare they.

Knowing the people at RTP fighting to make #FestivaldaCanção happen every year - especially since 2017 - I feel it would take a cataclysmic event of 1755-earthquake-proportions for RTP to ever go internal for #Eurovision. Like, people would actually have to be dead.
