The UN should enter Syria to protect it's civilians whilst there is no government.
The country needs to rebuild its infrastructure and government (hopefully secular), for that it needs
- peace
- security
- access to finance
- stability
- skilled labour force

I agree with David Cameron. Today's assisted dying bill is not about ending life but shortening death. Terry Pratchett's documentary on this was very eye opening.
