Jester, our indoor loving cat, took advantage of today's warm temperatures and a critically important door remaining open allowing her to venture outside. She looks serious because she is worried the door will close and strand her.

Raymond's Gu near Swansboro, NC, as an unspoiled paradise, November 8, 2012, and a much busier Raymond's Gut eight years later on November 8, 2020. The Great Blue Heron was from November 8, 2012. My understanding it the GBH's tree is no longer there as off 2022 — cleared for more development..

Hummingbirds back in September when we had three feeders out to keep up with them. By early October, we were down to one feeder. We took the feeders in about October 21, we haven't seen any Hummers for nearly three weeks.

Our daughter treated us to a Charcuterie feast this evening. I cannot identify everything but it was all delicious. Surprisingly Good Cheddar, Double Cream Brie, Burrata with Balsamic Vinegar and Pomegranate, Blue Cheese dip, Sopressata Dry Sausage, Blackberries, and more

I had Trader Joe's smoked salmon on sourdough for breakfast and sardines with hot sauce on crackers to go with my bowl of soup for lunch. No a cat showed up to beg at either meal but if I had popped open a can of tunafish, they would have all come running.
