Meet our honeybees - Long before you reach our apiary, you can hear the buzzing. Bees have long been part of the farm’s production, and our six hives produce honey and support pollination. oceanhourfarm.org/the-farm/#be...

We often say our compost center is the heart of the farm. Why?
Our compost piles enable us to cycle our waste streams, regenerate our soil, and grow healthier food. Better yet, we don’t send organic waste to landfills. Explore our compost center: oceanhourfarm.org/the-farm/#co...

Check out our freshwater wetlands, a distinct ecosystem providing essential habitat for wildlife. Wetlands occupy space where we cannot grow food or graze animals, but they provide critical ecosystem services, including reducing flood and storm damage. oceanhourfarm.org/the-farm/#we...

The quote we live by -- what's yours?
May 20, 2025 at 1:35 PM
A Living System—We provide a living example of sustainable agriculture and land stewardship—an integrated system where plants, animals, and people sequester carbon, clean stormwater, build soil and produce food and fiber for the community.
