I did this today and omfg,,,, obsessed. It hurt so good and it was so efficient.
Detailed instructions for a leg workout done entirely on one single leg press machine. The first position has the feet low on the platform, shoulder width apart. This targets the lower quads. The second position has the feet together in the middle of the platform to target the outer quads with some help from the hamstrings. The third position has the feet at the top of the platform, slightly more than shoulder width apart, to target the hamstrings, glutes, and inner thighs. Each position is done for 8-10 reps with no rest between.
