It’s always an adventure when running a vending machine business, but we had another first yesterday. At our best selling location we discovered someone had body slammed the 700 pound machine and stole product from our conveyor belt row. #smallbusinesslife #vendingthatdoesntsuck

So on Friday we closed a deal to add 5 vending machines to our fleet of 12 (total of 17.) We bought out another local operator. We’re slowly building out an empire, but still pretty small potatoes.

One of the risks of doing “fresher” products in vending is that it will “expire” before it sells. I had to pull 2 of these this week. Haven’t had a Lunchables in decades. Not awful.

Sometimes the vehicle you love gets stolen twice within 5 months. Sometimes they spill gas inside and they can’t get it out so they total the car. Sometimes a client has a gem that fits within your payout. I’m not having a mid-life crisis, I promise. That was a year and a half ago. #2021machegt
