No foster animals in our house for the first time in over 1.5 years. And still several times a day my brain enters a panic mode thinking that I forgot to give somebody hay today, or change water, or turn the lights on in the morning. Photo of Mars, who is back at the shelter now.

I have no doubt that someone will get hit by a car here soon, rushing across the road trying to catch the transfer - which was never a thing before the transit system revamp. Beg buttons are making proper crossing inefficient when you’re trying to get on that bus that only comes every 30-40 minutes.
