Today, the #NYSPSC directed NY’s major utilities to extend the 1-month pause on disenrolling customers from their energy affordability programs by a year through Nov 2026, and acted to protect ESCO customers from surprise bill increases. Read more dps.ny.gov/news/psc-act...

NYSDPS staff's NYS Winter Preparedness report to the PSC indicated NYS utilities will have adequate electric & gas supplies to meet customer demands. Electric bills are expected to stay about the same, while gas bills will increase slightly. Visit dps.ny.gov/winter-prep-... to view the report.
