(4/5) This combination of hires, retirements, and resignations has changed the experience level of the caseworker workforce over time.

(3/5) From 2022 through 2025, the rate of resignations among caseworkers increased more than four-fold, from 4% to 15%. In fact, 90 caseworkers have resigned since 2023—1.6 times more than the previous six years combined.
