BYDK: Bees don’t make hexagons, they make circles. They use their bodies as the ruler for these cylindrical cells. The alignment of the cell rows and contraction of wax as it cures pull the circles into the hexagonal shape we all know. It’s thanks to physics, not the bees. #Beekeeping #BeeFacts
