My computer backgrounds are photos I've download from Microsoft Bing and I cycle through them. On Biden's Inauguration Day, this was the photo they had. Every time it pops up on my screen, I remember the hopeful joy of that day.

This image is from a newsletter from a local food coop c 2013. While I tend to not completely trust manufactures to police themselves (food or otherwise, see Boeing) the OMG SCARY CHEMICAL image let me with a feeling of "OMG, the coop people don't have a clue".

On the trail, we found what is clearly a tree imprisoning a fae.
I mean, look at this. The tree, a lodgepole pine, was probably 100ft tall. The iron ring was unbroken, and unbreakable. What else could it be?
