- the same level of discomfort that I'm accustomed to. And you know what? It might suck, but I'll still take it. The house is staying cleaner, projects are starting to be completed, I'm helping friends and family more, and I hurt, but I'm not laid out like I would have been a year ago. -

- I'm going to be scheduled for a hysterectomy soon! No idea on the details of that yet. Just that one, it's there and two, soon it won't be.
In general I'm doing okay. Shifted the focus of PT from general stability to pre-abdominal surgery conditioning.
