another ~hour to finish gameplay
- reach depth 200 for $$$
- survive on snacks
- collect coins

I really like this game. It was good practice to get something that feels good in a couple hours. After this, a good polish pass w/ art, sounds could do lots #GameDev #IndieDev #Roguelike #LudumDare

30 mins planning + a little over 1 hr dev and it feels okay for a start. Drop down the darker holes to drop farther. Eventually you take damage, eat snacks, collect coins. I will give it another hour later, I think that will be enough to have a complete loop. #GameDev #IndieDev #LudumDare

getting closer to interesting decisions... kill kobolds for XP (blue), or kick them into the pit for coins (yellow) - the shop will focus on temporary buffs/tradeoffs compared to level-ups #GameDev #IndieDev #Roguelike

not flashy but adding AOE to stomping can be powerful. The nearby kobolds get obliterated by the stomp-wave #GameDev #IndieDev #Roguelike

targeting is hard. WALL KICK upgrade is up and running + targeting mode to choose which wall to kick down. This seems powerful. #GameDev #IndieDev #Roguelike #Love2D
