Agree- there’s needs to be more research: but that requires funding. I wonder how easy it is to obtain funding for this kind of research #NurseSky

100% agree and as professionals, we need to network with each to be able to offer SPOKE placements to students to areas that perhaps can’t support a full placement #NurseSky

I think there’s an aspect of “I didn’t need a degree so why do new nurses need one”… there’s not enough education on the importance of the degree and how it impacts patient outcomes. #NurseSky

I definitely think the whole woman should be seen and not heard has a big part. Also, when woman are assertive, it’s deems as aggressive #NurseSky
