I do not live in the USA nor am I a US citizen. I heard that Facebook automatically made everyone follow Trump, Vance and the White house. So I checked my following and yes it was true I was now following the Trump regime though I made no choice to do so. This screenshot is after I unfollowed them.

Good. I have found how to turn off DMs in this app. I have never been a fan of DMs from people whom I don't know in real life, and people whom I know in real life will have other ways of messaging me besides via *any* social media app. Yes, I ride the 'Strictly No DMs' Train.

Last week, I did the Zwift Tour of Watopia stage 3 ride but I missed the stage 3 run (it's the only part of the tour that I've missed so far). I will do the stage 3 run during the catch up week. I'll do the stage 4 ride today and the stage 4 run tomorrow 😁.
