In that use case, that can be swapped out. The issue is the use of small. You could say "It's hard for me to eat less." Or "It's difficult for me to eat less." Alternatively, "It's hard/difficult for me to eat smaller meals." Hard and difficult mean the same when your taking about doing something.

Yeah... They followed me, and I realized pretty quickly what they were doing and blocked them.

My cats also thought the tree skirt was a cat bed, but they dragged it out to find a sunlit spot to sleep in. 😂

Do I need new songs to get stuck in my head? No, no I do not. Am I still going to go watch/listen to something described as an earworm because it sounds like it might be amazing? Yes. Yes I am. My brain loves having random music to play on loop!

I recommend finding one of a similar age to yourself. It's what I did, and she has been extremely helpful because our experiences align somewhat.
