My state house member sat down with me for coffee for 45 min to talk Medicaid policy … of course it might just be because I have, ahem, the most bluesky, followers of anyone in my district. Probably.
Relentlessly calling your state legislators is much, much more effective than even calling Congress because most people don’t even know they exist. 20 phone calls is enough to be a “flood” of constituent opinions.
