Getting an influenza vaccine is the best way to prevent the misery of the flu and its complications.

Everyone in Nova Scotia (6 months and older) is encouraged to get an influenza vaccine, especially people at high risk of complications.

World Mental Health Day is a reminder of the need to care for our mental well-being.

The CFNU has adopted the phrase “There is no health without mental health” as a core resolution, underscoring the reality that mental health is inseparable from overall wellness.
