Best I could maybe recommend is one of those adjustable-ring LED lights that you can hang above your moniter but I haven’t had one myself so who knows 🤷‍♀️

Had the same issue happen with me too. Apparently (and I think) you have to have the camera about face-level in order to sorta track yourself and gotta have lighting that either isn’t too bright but not dim. Its really weird but for me its a bit buggy
