PFAS countermeasure costs could be excluded from natnl subsidy next year, forcing Okinawa prefectural govt to bear ¥1.6 billion. Okinawan water bills have already increased, as Japan covers only 2/3. This petition demands GOJ keep covering the costs as a national responsibility.
