As long as we don't think about all the people who lost jobs for tweeting, "hey, this Charlie Kirk guy seems to have been a racist?"
Mike Johnson: "The last time I checked, Americans have more freedom right now to express themselves and speak their minds after Republicans took over ... it is the Republicans who restored your right to share and speak your mind."

Government officials in the "party of free speech" looking to use the power of the state to punish people for their free speech. Again.

It's almost like they were never actually serious about free speech.

ICE claimed the father tried to hit them with his car or that he "dragged" one of the agents. Then bystander video was released showing this was completely false.

ICE executed a man on the street in broad daylight.
Hi

ICE killed a single dad at a traffic stop here on Friday

Today they are disappearing people again in broad daylight, they are everywhere

If you have any national platform at all

Yep.

Also Central Asia is on fire and the working class is carrying the torch. The Nepalese government has been deposed, Indoensia is having a One-Piece revolution, and Modi feels the walls closing in.

If you look outside the US, there's reason to hope everywhere.

We're winning globally.
plenty of things going against the right globally: Bolsonaro's conviction in Brazil, the defeat of the right wing in Norway's election, the student strikes and Saba Saba protests in Kenya (brutal as the repression there was), the EU's von der Leyen pursuing sanctions and trade suspension for Israel

Charlie Kirk’s shooter was a 22 year old white cis man & 4chan groyper.

Charlie Kirk’s last words were “gang violence”. he was claiming Black people were inherently violent right before his life was ended by another white man.

Here is a description of Kirk’s terrorism by one of his many victims:

This also counts as political violence.
After her hearing at 26 Federal Plaza, a woman was detained and escorted toward the stairwell. Her husband, confused and in shock, was guided toward the exit. Minutes later, he broke down in the elevator. They entered together, but he left alone. This happens here daily. #ICE

insane that people are getting in trouble for just quoting Charlie Kirk point blank. many of these people are not even expressing support for what happened to him, just quoting him & questioning double standards in how we respond to violence. we live in a far-right culture
