2 things missing on social media (especially in nutrition): nuance and context. Kudos to those embracing complexities over big claims 🙌🏻

I'm in Italy and I really wanted to try the famous vegan Nutella. Very similar to the original taste I remember. Of course, there are better products from the nutritional and maybe also ethical point of view. But Nutella has a consistency that is hard to imitate. Good to have a vegan option now.

Red apricots?!?! I had to try them! Delicious, ripe, and only slightly more expensive than the normal ones. Approved! 👍🏻

It’s super hot in Sydney—but why not turn on the oven to make vegan moussaka anyway? It’s eggplant season, after all!

Back to basics!
I've got so many recipe books and I love them all! But what truly matters for cooking confidently (and healthily) is knowing your ingredients and favourite flavour combinations, and, if possible, using seasonal produce.
I will veganise everything, of course!

The most obvious benefit of a vegan diet is to the animals. Americans currently eat 1 million animals every hour. We can protect our health, our planet, and the animals we share it with by leaving them off the plate.
