Ah, that'd be it! Just gotta find a way to ship it here. (I am happy to pay exorbitant international shipping costs if you are willing to provide that - even if it exceeds the cost of the calendar itself).

hmm.... I'm in Australia - is it only available to people in the US? Looks like when I load the page through a proxy I can see the calendar.
