While true, a lot of it is astroturfed, we do know that the Republican young people do talk like this in their constantly leaking chats. Any level of diving into slightly fringe groups like Old Glory Club and you can see this level rhetoric. "Eating the dogs" comment comes to mind. It isnt all fake.
