Insurance co.’s take premiums gladly. At first claim, they up premiums or drop you. My insurance on second home in FL, never having even 1 claim in 11+ years, has quadrupled while the coverage has decreased. Not in flood zone, not in typical hurricane ravaged areas, no risks, just corporate greed.
