Finished the child of the corn up, used some vintage crosscut Westinghouse for the scales. Sitting at 62-63 HRC for SG2.

Blade grinding today. Working on a few 7in bunkas. Made from NitroV. Really enjoying this blade profile. K-tips are my preferred blade shape for kitchen knives.

Here are those chef knives all finished up. They turned out great, running NitroV at 62-63 HRC. Ground to about .007 behind the edge (BTE).
