Oh I thought you were talking about the sequel. Yeah, the first game has a lot of jank and is hard to recommend. I still really enjoyed it and the 2nd game is so much better.

I'm actually really enjoying it. It's not a game for everyone, that's for certain. But if you've played and enjoyed the first game, the second is much easier.

That's how I interpreted it too.

Yeah, I like that they are different too. The Oracle spell now isn't quite as accurate as the Animist, but it does have better action economy and survivability.

I really like this. I thought, especially with the Animist's version of the same Focus spell being so much better, that it really highlighted the shortcomings of the Battles Oracle.
