If you are by any chance at #MakerFaire in #Shenzhen next week, come and say hello 👋
I'll be there discussing how making at home opens up paths to industrial automation around the world!
Big thanks to @seeedstudio.com for having me!

Looks pretty tidy

Here is a little something I cooked up in ##Fusion360. I bought a TV recently which is now hanged on a wall. I figured, I could re-create TV leg interface and #3dPrint the stand-offs that hold my soundbar in place. The result in comments.
Yey/Ney?

The way to over-engineer
#parkrun - This is all automated, with a weather forecast added 5 days before the event.
And yes, it supports custom drinks and ordering for the friends you may tag along with you!

This is how wild I am on Saturday nights!

There is something satisfying about using #epaper displays for work. #reMarkable keeps my docs organised, while @usetrmnl.com dashboard keeps me on top of my schedule. All this without writing a single line of code!

I teased in my review that #reTerminal from @seeedstudio.com is getting #TRMNL support, and here we are! Now you can decide how much coding you want to do!
Happy 100 days till 2026, everyone!

Anyone knows where I can buy a white jacket with a scorpion on the back? I already drove to the ocean side while listening to the 80s synth.

Sometimes I wonder how did I managed to live this life.
Tomorrow I'm driving to LA.

I may or may not be in #California right now.
There are some clear benefits of having a company card with generous project budget.
Driving this thing while a fighter jet flew 30m over me was the most American thing that happened so far. 😁

I unlock my house by staring at my door. It almost feels like magic! Almost, as it's all made possible thanks to the latest smart lock from #SwitchBot want to check out #SwitchBotLockUltra and #SwitchBotKeypadVision with me?

Today I'm doing #totalwarrior course after being tricked into getting a ticket by Charlotte. Charlotte is a midwife responsible for delivering half of the teeside and she cares about #VICTA if you have disposable income and want to support our goal.

To all your online detectives out there. Can you tell which household device would leave this footprint on my SeeedStudio ePaper dashboard?
(the dips are grid usage)
If you want to know how to make this dashboard, here is the link:

If anyone knows some cool UI design tools let me know. The first version of the #EnergyDashboard is complete and you can tinker with the code yourself to add it to your #HomeAssistant instance.

Messing about at work with magnetic fields. This visualising plate is cool. It shows direction of the magnetiv field and possible changes in the orientation as the plate or magnets move.

Last week, I attended the #EmbeddedWorld expo in Nuremberg, Germany. We shot over 20 interviews in two days and I discovered what embedded tech you should expect in 2025! Don't miss my coverage, and head to #electromaker to check it out!

I'm currently experimenting with this little board and #RaspberryPi #CM5
Will it work? If so, I may need 5 more

On a scale from 1-10 how epic my B-Roll feels?

[tech note: my tripod can't support this weight properly hence small shake]

Unfortunately, my current slider from #Zeapon gave up its last breath after years of service (damage from the house contributed). It means that after having my eyes set on #JibONE by #edelkrone I finally made an executive decision to drop my savings on.
I hope you'll enjoy the new B-roll!

She said it was really big.
I agree

Turns out that if I double the number of optical sensors on my robotic arm.. The accuracy improves. As if it knows where to go?

The only day I get to sleep in 1h longer, they release #CM5 - all sold out by now! The cool thing about the #ComputeModule5 by #RaspberryPi is that for the most part, it is compatible with #CM4 accessories.
Now I need #Super6C board for CM5 to set up my website server!

Tell me you are taking the house renovations seriously without telling me that you do! Currently, I'm working on a CAD representation of the house so I could try things out without taking the hammer to the wall.

The upcoming #SmartHome series from the ground up... will be from the ground up.

I'm not saying that I'm the next reincarnation of #VanGogh, but how would explain this photo? It doesn't help that I actually started painting the replica of the very same "Seascape".

I guess this is how port-post=post impressionism was born
