As has become a habit of his in the last few months of his term, Adams attacks the press and says he regrets relying on reporters to tell his "story." He says many NYC reporters are "mean" and "nasty people" and that some of them are "transplants" who don't know about the city.

50,000 people applied to work for the city in just one week and chances are a lot of those people are extremely good at what they do.

Next week’s DSA forum will be even more interesting than tomorrow’s forum. On Nov. 19, City Council Member Chi Ossé will have a chance to make the case for DSA endorsing his planned primary challenge to House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries. DSA is split on whether to get involved in the race.

That is something you, as a party leader, have a responsibility to firmly disavow! I don’t care if Schumer likes Mamdani- I don’t like Schumer. I care that he held a racist sex predator running as an independent as a reasonable option.

He was running against a member of a Democratic political dynasty and former governor, who’s resignation they had all called for, who was claiming to be the “true” Dem in the race, while spewing vile racism, cozying up to Republicans, and coordinating with an authoritarian president...

What I find so deeply silly about The people hellbent on defending Schumer is that, of course, in a normal election, where Zohran was just running against a Republican, there would be little attention paid to Schumer’s vote/endorsement/whatever. That’s not the case here.…
