Oh man that is rough. I lived near there for 5 years when I was a kid. Aged 8 through 12 or thereabouts. My dad’s family is all there or near there. It’s far better than it used to be but that’s the worst example on earth for car centric city planning. I won’t be going back until a funeral honestly

We’re staying in the Mayfair/Marylebone area. Girlfriend is a foodie and professional chef so lots of food oriented outings until Monday. I’ve made her fully coys so it’s a great balance this week

No this is my first time across the Atlantic. Grew up in car-dependent southeastern US suburbia, sold my car and moved to NYC 6 months ago. So London is by far the least car dependent, cleanest, quietest city I’ve ever seen which I know is hilariously sad
