Similar to standard energy weapons, this gun's ventilation is not built to be used as a sort of bayonet, and instead is used to keep the gun from overheating while firing. this works, to a degree, and the Culvain has the highest fire rate in this list, being 800 rounds p/s. (2/2)

The final weapon in this arsenal is the Culvain Squad LMG. Usually used in the stead of the Aluren during more combat oriented operations, this LMG has the highest fire rate and most light armor-penetrating power out of any of the other weapons (1/2)

The Durinan is utilized primarily to breach high-security doors, punch holes in heavily armored adversaries, or as a last resort in a dangerous close quarters situation, as more than one shot in under two minutes fries the gun, and melts the barrel. (3/3)

Unique to the Durinan and its predecessors, this shotgun has no aether vent at all, sacrificing fire rate for efficiency, as the additional aether is forced to vent out through the barrel, propelling the projectiles even further, at a cost to damaging the gun if used continuously. (2/3)

They are utilized as shock troops, dropping from orbit in drop pods or taking Drillships through enemy hulls. The Lunan government keeps the Proto-Lunis population separate from the greater populace, hiding them in massive starships and orbital stations until they are needed.
