I should have tried the river. The park was super busy - nice though, lots of dogs everywhere!

Not sure if it’s an Italian thing or just a city thing! I did wonder if maybe it’s so busy they get fed up of saying hi all the time so they don’t bother. Out in the countryside I hardly see anyone so it’s a pleasure to pass someone on the trails 👋

I get that running might be a bit insular ( I too like the “me time”) but I will stick with saying hi to everyone! 😃

Maybe it is the same in all cities. I run on the moors of Yorkshire so I’m not used to being around people 😂
