Towards the end of @naturetrek.bsky.social Wallcreepers and the Camargue tour in South France...blessed with good weather and birds but it took three attempts to finally find the amazing Wallcreeper! Other quality birds include Bluethroat, Little Bustard, Moustached Warbler etc 🪶🦩 #camargue

This male Eurasian Sparrowhawk was perched on some guttering right next to House Martin nests and refused to budge! He clearly thought if he waited long enough one would come by but on this occasion they had him spotted and stayed up in the sky and inside their nests...🪶 #birds #wildlife

A survey on the Wildlife Trust BCN reserve at Pitsford Reservoir today began early to avoid the full strength of the predicted heat. Okay up until the half way stage but then I gradually wilted! 😜 Highlights were three Otters, 16 sp butterfly, a mix of odonata and water birds...🪶
