Protests take a lot of time/energy, but ultimately played a significant role in they stopping the Vietnam War, securing the right to vote for women, and advancing civil rights. Its one of our only peaceful means of seeking social change

You belittle the hundreds of hours that go into organizing a protest. For example, volunteers recruit peacekeepers who are trained to de-escalate conflicts and act as a safety buffer. FYI, our organizing meetings are between 5 and 7, making it very hard to have a regular dinner hour.

AI needs this big time. The value of AI for the average person is in negative territory. Consider phone answering systems, which erode customer service by delaying/complicating communication. The only promise clear to me is wealth/power for the tech bros, and lost jobs/annoyance for the rest of us.
