He is purposefully ignoring them, and for good reason! Billionaires trying to extort and bribe him is the last thing he needs. Also screw those real estate guys/ landlords they've ruined the housing market they need to go.

It's about freedom. Art only gets better As time goes on. There are so many ways to express! The only ones falling off are corporate with their terrible Ai, and Ai bros trying to ruin the greatest thing we have, talent and imagination.
