What kind of eye pain? Pressure, puffiness, itching? Usually a cold compress can help all three, but that's kind of a no brainer. Most of my eye pain comes from sinus issues or allergies, so if you haven't already taken meds, it's a good idea. Otherwise if it's eye strain, you just need rest
