I don't want to see the government shut down at Christmas. However, the fact that 38 Republican legislatures defied Trump gives me hope we still have some semblance of a real government.

For years Dems have been indoctrinated into the belief that when they go low we go high. But that hasn't worked so well. But we try to go low we have all kinds of problems with it. I think the playing field has changed. Negatively works. We have to learn how to use it and get over it.
