Yum.. corn beef and cabbage.. ma used to make boiled dinners when I was a kid. She would give me a 1/4 of a head of cooked cabbage with butter, salt and pepper and some beef. I didn't like the potatoes or carrot or turnips but I still love boiled cabbage.
