Yeah.. about that.
America doesn’t recognise the ICC and refuses to sign the Rome statute.
The US even went so far as to pass a law giving the President the power to INVADE the Hague if they ever tried to hold an American accountable for crimes.

Doesn’t matter. Hegseth nor Trump could ever travel to a country that does recognize the ICC. And, it’s symbolic. Netanyahu had to alter his flight route so as to not fly over Italy or France.
