When you combine these things with the increased cost of college, the absence of savings, lack of affordable housing, risks taken on crypto, high interest car loans, and the delay or abandonment of marriage -- the financial prospects for young men is crushingly low right now.

You need to try Graphic Audio books. They one the dialogue tags and use a cast of voices to give more of a an audio drama than a strict reading of the book.

I think the expectations of selling and the demands of our time to produce also contribute to this. I enjoy the fiction of Brandon Sanderson, but he wrote 13 books before he finally sold one to a publisher. Not many people can spend that time without reward, but it was the work that made him better.

As a Colts fan I am far less interested in watching this team with Jones at quarterback. Richardson was often painful but still has an unknown ceiling. In a conference with Mahomes, Burrow, Jackson, Allen, Herbert, Stroud, Trevor, Geno, Maye, etc, Jones is at best mediocre.

If you are amazed by words like “groceries” and “skeedaddle”, then you are not allowed to question the intelligence of others.
