Let me see if I can help. Gravy = béchamel since it’s the same cooking process haha that is salmon not prawns. Biscuits in America are essentially scones. so these are red lobster biscuits. Seasoned w/ garlic powder, cayenne and parsley with some cheddar cheese

No problem! Grits are just ground up corn. Like polenta, except we usually use white corn and not yellow. Also the “grit” is usually more coarse. A biscuit uses buttermilk over eggs and cream. Usually flakier than a scone.
