Love the FB comments immediately blaming EV’s, even though I’m not aware of any charging stations in the garage. Sounds like the fire started on the level filled with gasoline-powered maintenance vehicles and tools.

Is it in an actual neighborhood with a variety of commercial and social destinations? Or a “neighborhood” of other townhomes off a 4 lane highway in an exurban county? Usually new construction at an affordable price point has super low walk scores. www.realtor.com/realestatean...

In the transit meetings I’ve been in, everyone seems to acknowledge the city is ultimately going to need a ground transportation hub in Cool Springs. It would support both a circulator bus for the mall area, and be a stop for regional We Go that currently bypasses us. @neilkornutick.bsky.social
