Ok so never using arrays for the next days (or?), just use a Map/Set/Record. Also don't try to fork the process to attempt a brute force with an array-based algorithm and avoid OOM...

Ok, just got the type-checking to work with this "pipe operator" implementation. The trick is to return a "new Pipe" instead of mutating the value in the object until the end().

javascript tip : use `.map(Number)` instead of `.map(parseInt)` because the signature of `.map(value, index)` clashes with `parseInt(value, base)` and you'll get a lot of `NaN` in the process. Took me a while to figure out 😶🌫️ #adventofcode
