Picked up Jerry at the airport in 2000 for a special event in Muscle Shoals. On the car ride to a little B&B we got for him — his request: no hotel or motel — he was raving about Bob’s voice from the Slow Train sessions. Sam Phillips was at the same event. Lots of great memories from that time.
