In Washington specifically the Trump administration through ice is pressuring the nisqually tribe to host a detention center on tribal lands. They've been circumventing the normal tribal council process in order to try and make this happen. They want it on sovereign indigenous Land to evade laws.

I think what you meant to say was that it was tested as a treatment for depression and failed for that so they changed the usage in order to avoid wasting the R&D money. It's not that it also works on the brain It's that it failed to work on the brain and only helped people lose weight.
