Thank you for your reporting on this! I guess they were hoping that 1) nobody was paying attention 2) the Trump SEC is not going to investigate anyone or (heaven forbid) enforce our securities laws. They might as well just admit the fraud upfront and save everyone time. Trump = fraud every time.

The math is pretty simple if you can get substantially more electricity with the same "balance of plant" equipment (racks, inverters, installation workers, etc.) the cost per kWhr is going to be substantially lower. Given the current average efficiency of solar modules this is huge headroom.

I'm 100% confident the FCC is going to approve this constellation. Carr is a political hack but this is a Texas based company that he visited with Senator Cruz. AT&T and Verizon are powerful companies and the FCC knows this service will be very popular. Competition is needed in D2D. $ASTS

AT&T Services, Inc., on behalf of itself and its affiliates (collectively, “AT&T”),
respectfully submits this Reply to the Opposition of Competitive Carriers Association (“CCA”)
and the Comments of the Rural Wireless Association, Inc. (“RWA”) to the above-referenced
applications (the “Applications”).1 As the Commission made plain, supplemental coverage from
space (“SCS”) provides “critical public interest benefits, including ubiquitous connectivity,
access to 911 service from remote areas, technological advancement, and innovative spectrum
use” while also “increas[ing] innovation, investment, and competition.”2 Grant of the
Applications will bring these numerous benefits to wireless consumers and public safety
professionals across the country, especially those in rural, unserved, and underserved areas. By
contrast, CCA and RWA ignore how SCS will help rural consumers, misconstrue the proposed
AT&T SCS service area, and baldly seek to thwart new competition. For these reasons, the
Commission should reject the Opposition, disregard the Comments, and promptly grant the

The @theonion.com had a print edition article about Zillow introducing a new “gentrification score” for houses. My guess is they had to remove something in order to make room for this new feature /s.

Stocks love to trade from the top of the BB's to the bottom. $TSLA. I predict a move dramatically lower through 2026 that will test the lower BB which is currently $137. There is room to go much lower but obviously it needs to test that lower BB first.

By any LOGICAL metrics (other than share price) $TSLA is having a terrible year. Brand damage in Europe seems very high with lots of new Chinese competition. China market is brutal for them. US market loss of tax credits will be a major blow and Robotaxi is well behind Waymo.
